Holoibob.com will not be held responsible for any loss of income, or length of subscription time missing during such periods.
Holibob.com reproduces all advertisements in good faith. All advertisers agree that the information they provide is true and accurate description of the property, facilities and services they provide. They further more agree that their advertisement complies with all relevant trade descriptions acts, misdescription acts and the consumer protection acts.
Holibob.com reserves the right to amend, edit and withdraw any material appearing on holibob.com that they deem unsuitable without notice. We have complete discretion over information displayed on the website and will not be held liable whatsoever for any loss arising from our decisions to display or withdraw information.
Ever effort is made to ensure our reproduction of information is accurate, we however will not be held liable for and loss incurred due to error in editing on our behalf.
The property owner accepts all responsibility for any claims, complaints and legal action relating to their advertisement, property and service provided.
The owners hereby agree that they have suitable liability, contents and building insurance where relevant for the property of which they are advertising, and that they are liable and responsible for the safety and welfare of holiday tenants using their accommodation. Holibob.com regret that they cannot return any materials sent to us by post.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that they have the right to produce text and images used within their advertisement, and agrees to indemnify holibob.com against all claims and costs arising from copyright infringement of such materials.
Promotional materials provided by holibob.com for the purpose of outside advertising are given to advertisers in good faith. All advertisers agree that the use of such marketing material will be done so with due care and attention and without causing obstruction or offence. The advertiser accepts total responsibility and costs relating to displaying -such material in public and private establishments. Holibob.com will not be held liable for any resulting claims, complaints and costs arising out of use or misuse of any branded marketing material.
Removal of marketing and promotional material is the responsibility of the advertiser.
Holibob.com reserves the right (only if given good reason) to refuse or withdraw any advertisement submitted. If holibob.com receives complaints about the condition, cleanliness, or breech of safety at the property, or, indeed inaccuracy of the advertisement or abuse of trust regarding deposits and booking conditions, holibob.com will not provide the advertiser with any refund whatsoever, or compensation for loss howsoever incurred.
Holibob.com will not be held responsible for the amount of bookings or enquiries received by any advertisers. Holibob.com will however endeavour to offer the best service and guidance to its advertisers, and wherever possible attempt to grow and nurture the website to attract as much traffic for advertisers as possible.
All email enquiries (wherever possible) will be monitored and checked for the purpose of filtering out any commercial or unsuitable material being sent to owners via the website. All advertisers personal information will be treated with respect and will not be passed onto any third party.
Owners agree that they may be contacted by holibob.com for the purpose of marketing and improving our service.
The advertiser may choose to withdraw their advertisement at any time. Holibob.com will not give full or part refunds to advertisers not wanting to fulfil the time available with the purchased subscriptions. Advertisers wishing to withdraw their advert, may request so in writing via email or post.
At holbob.com we have a complaints procedure, and any problems or queries should be addressed in writing by post of by email. We will endeavour to deal with any complaints quickly and efficiently.
